Yes, please clarify, what this means, where I can find out about what you are mentioning etc.

We have different divisions as you know
Assault
Economy
Judicial
Inquisitorius

Each has their pros and cons and when you reach the rank of Corporal with a good amount of participation you will be asked to make a choice as to what division you want to apply for. This is only if you have not already applied for a Division.

My post was to make you aware of the Militia and invite you to consider it for yourself.
I am happy to answer any questions that you cannot find the answer too on the site.
