Hi all. My name is Hayden. I live in Brisbane and I am 38 years old. By the age you can tell I was a star wars fan from the beginning. I have played various MMO's, but at the moment play LOTRO again. I am a member of Southern Stars and the Wandering Stars, which is where I heard about this guild. In the wandering stars I am "Stormcrow".
Over the years I have played all sorts of computer games and roll playing games.
Dragon was my star wars role playing game's character, he was a bounty hunter.
On the official Forums my avatar's name is Nowon. I haven't posted heaps there. Mostly about allowing Droids to be a player character, this is so a good friend will play the game .
Not exactly sure how I heard about TOR, but most likely from an email from JT (who is already in this guild) or from Mick (the GM for those old star wrs role playing game). Edit: Just read the post below me and it wasn't JT (No'Saj Rol'Yat) so most likely was Mick.
I have been drunkly demanding they make a new SW MMO for quiet some time now, so I am glad that finally my cries have been heard by the powers that be.
I enjoyed being in a pre-release guild for AOC (in fact I enjoyed that more than I enjoyed AOC).
I think that is about it.
Oh I am having difficulty adding picture to my avatar. I have made it smaller than the required size but it just won't upload. Any ideas?

Hello, and welcome to the forums Dragon.

Is the avatar you're trying to upload an accepted file type? I know some forums won't let you upload .gif or .png files because they're too pretty. Other than that, the only problem I could think of would be reducing the file size more by saving it at a lower quality.

we always ask applicants hypothetical questions where there is no right or wrong answer so that from their answer we can learn a little about them...

So you are aware that there are imperial agents looking for you but you are in a large cloak so your features are well hidden. when you get into the bar there are only three seats free.

1) a stool at the bar ( behind the bartender is a mirrored wall)

2) a seat in the far corner behind the majority of people in the bar with a view of most of the bar.

3) a small table right in the centre of the bar

which seat would you choose and why.

I look around for Han Solo and gredo. If I spot either of them I move as far away as possible but still have a good view of them. I then Place wagers with a random bar patron about who is going to shoot first. I put 1000 credits on Han solo. If Gredo shoots first I go out and take my revenge on George Lucus.

To answer as many questions as possible in one post:
Purple is the least vandalized colour. So if vandals like it, it must be good.
Three rubber bands, the snowball would be fun for about 30 seconds (splat....haha), the rubber bands would give hours of hilarity in the same circumstances (ping, ping ping....haha....ping, ping ping...haha), the empty tube of toothpaste would make me cry (can you guess my occupation?).
I am sure the troops are attacking the civilians for a good reason (unpaid parking fines or some such) and get the hell out of there. Unless I don't like the look of them dodgy troops and lob thermal detonator their direction.

I assume I am attacking the Sith base to get the head of a rebellious Sith. I need proof of his demise so the blaster seems like the only answer, unless they can identify his body from small fragments of flesh?

This may answer part of one of the other questions. I want to play:
1. Bounty hunter.
2. Smuggler.
3. Most other classes to see what excites me.

I learnt the hard way not to get to stuck into a class before giving it a good shot. I played AOC and chose priest of mitra and assassin to be my mains....big mistake.

i want to experience the world, the view will vary depending on the day...key thing is to do it with mates.
