Greetings, fellow members of the Unifying Force. I am Master Savares, I come to hopefully start an alliance.

Our Guild is always excepting new member we have 21 members. I'm going to be honest our guild is a mess, our forums are not active and neither are the members! But that is why the our Supreme Commander put me in charge of making the forums,getting the members active and bringing new members. I was told to make a guild alliance,And what better guild then the Order of the Unifying Force.I have a lot on my hands right now,I am in charge of everything our small military and all the Jedi training. But i not been able to get our members active. And to my own thought i think it will hurt us in making alliances. But Our guild is slowly moving on with the few members we have active.

Welcome Savares! Don't worry too much about inactivity when first starting a guild, as long as your leadership is extremely active and you keep up with recruitment efforts (keeping an eye out for potentials on LFG thread, running recruitment activities etc.) you'll eventually build up a core cadre of solid members whom your guild can depend on.

Of course the flipside to that is in the mean time alot of your members will eventually become inactive over time as the novelty factor of being in a new guild wanes. Only a select few out of all recruits will have the time and interest to make it that far.

Basically, just stay strong, active and give it some time. =)

And on a separate note, I'll drop by at some point maybe to say hello.

No no i dont mind its just the unactivity got to me we had member that haven't checked back in for months and then i was in charge of everything the jedi and the military based members. I started up training and needed help from the other leaders. To this day no one has done their first lesson and no leader wants to help me! i just got tried of waiting for someone to do lesson one so i left. That is the reason why i left. :(
