Randa
Name: Randella Iris
Location: Canada
Gaming Background:
Reason for Applying: Aenghus (Rygal) has been bugging me to join for quite a few months, and I finally gave in . He's been telling me a lot about the guild and the game it sounds like a good fit for me and my play style.
Along with playing with friends, and Rygal is my best, would like to explore the Star Wars world in SWToR as it looks like its going to be a great MMO. After raiding nearly everyday for over a year, would like to relax in a nice casual guild. Although that doesn't mean I don't want to kick some ass.
Forum Name (on SWToR): Randella. Rygal tells me all so I need not check.
And where did I hear about SWToR? Rygal.
Location: Canada
Gaming Background:
- Asherons Call - Officer in Monarchy for 3 years
- Guild Wars - Group Planner in TOG, Launch '05-'07
- The Lord of the Rings Online - Currently Officer in Nemesis, Launch '07+
- Been in a number of Alphas/Betas

Re: Randa
Welcome to our current home Randa.
Rygal never said you were Canadian! I will let you wonder if that will work for or against your application LOL.
Some of our creatively bubbly members like to ask hypothetical questions of our applicants so expect them to show up soon with weird and wonderful inquiries. (When they do, remember that there are no wrong answers, it's just a way for us to get to know you better).
Make yourself at home and feel free to comment in any discussions you can see.

Re: Randa
Welcome to the Forums Randa, I'm glad you were finally convinced by Rygal to come and check us out.
I think I can speak for all of us when I say we are pretty much all frothing at the mouth waiting for The Old Republic to come out. In the mean time we socialize, hang out on forums or teamspeak, try and find other f2p mmos that can tide us over till TOR.
A few of us participate in the RP stories in the members area, if you are into that kind of thing.
Anyways, good luck with your app!
On another note, who is up for Hypotheticals this time?

Let's try and have a cake-free welcome this time! Randa, welcome to our forums! I don't speak for all, but as far as I'm concerned, being Canadian works in your favor. Though I'm American (currently living in South Korea) I spent every weekend there (in Windsor) when I was between 19 and 21 years old. And God-bless the "dancers" from Montreal. I lost many a dollar to their seductive prowess.

Try the Pie!
Welcome the forums Randa, hope you find a place here mate!
Love Canada, it is a beautiful country. I drove from Alberta, Edmonton to Vancouver, British Columbia on my honeymoon with my sister and her Canadian husband. Was two of the best weeks in my life. Not only is it a beautiful country but the people are fanatstic also.

What a travesty!
It is a good thing, that cake nonsense did not help us to learn about the applicant, nor did it help the applicant to see what we as a guild are like, it might have showed we have a sense of humour but it served to block out all our other good qualities.
Feel free to ask the applicant some questions.

Re: Randa
Thank you all for the very warm welcome. I look foward to reading more from these very informative forums.
Ps. cake is alright, but nice warm pie is better.
