My First Sketch For My Newest Character

This is my starting sketch for my future Bounty Hunter (still havent picked a name)

I have just gotten back into art classes so I will soon be redrawing it, and adding color and shadow, which is the next step.

Nice start. Tip: Try drawing lighter with your pencil so that when you erase it doesn't come out smudgy.

good tips, im almost done with the shading...im hoping to give it more of a 3-d look....which is difficult as I have figured out.

ok, this is my improved version. I modeled the body off some mandolorian armor and took down the buffage a little...I will be coloring it soon to see how it may look before making it larger and adding shadow to make it more 3-d.


ps...looks a bit better if you zoom in, I made it smaller for space.

yeah, thought I was not very good at art also, but since I have been drawing more lately I have been getting much better....I think its just in how much you draw.

Something I found to be useful is to find a model for your drawing so you already have a base to work with.
