Problem with smilies... Empty Problem with smilies...

Ok, so I went into my prefrence's and turned on Smililes, HTML and so on. Then I press save and it says it's enabled but for some reason when I go to form a post Smilies and HTML are still off.

Is anyone else having this problem? If so, can we get the moderator's help?

They've been turned off by the moderators. The Elder's are not a fan of smiley faces in the forums. No smiling ... don't smile ... don't smile ... OH! I saw you smile! (I'm practicing for when my baby gets older).

HTML is now enabled forum-wide.

Smilies... when we find some decent smilies then I will activate them. The stock ones suck.

Actually, list here all smilies you WANT and I will either create some images or steal some.

i.e.

They've been turned off by the moderators. The Elder's are not a fan of smiley faces in the forums.

That... scared me... lol...

Anyways, stealing is much faster then doing em yourself (I think), so maybe basic smilies (provided by the stock smilies) should all be included if possible, and maybe new ones added along the way, if someone sees a smilie he/she likes and want's ter put it in, ya gotta always start wid da basics :D

but for now...

Haha, well you'd be surprised at how much some of the elders are probably annoyed by all the things you put in your posts.
The only emoticons I have actually liked on a forum were on Newgrounds and I'm not very sure they aren't for uploading or use on the internet.

I think we should try and limit them and make some rules with these though, is it possible in the Control Panel to make it so there is a limit of 5-6 in each post?

Erm, I found a problem wid da new smilies (yay? or boo? >.>)

The angry smily cannot be expressed, because the second half of it's ... word thingy... is the same as the sad smily, let's put it into pictures Tape

Therefore, the board recognises the sad face, but not the angry face, so... it's bugged O_O
